called for an awkward ice related tow (see photos) response time was super quick randy (driver) was friendly and charismatic vehicle was extracted quickly and without any mechanical or cosmetic damage we had tried Happy's towing (spring valley) first and they straight up refused to even consider coming out to our location, going so far as to say that he doubted anyone would tow where we were. Joe's midtown said they could not promise anything but promised they would come out and see the situation and do what they could. I cannot more highly recommend joes to anyone who needs a repair or a toe. Quality people who do honest work
