Some of the small town best service I’ve ever had anywhere . Jamie was amazing at finding a tire to fit my car when I was stranded with a flat tire and no spare . My car has an unusual tire size and she flipped over backwards to find me one , arranging a courier to bring it to Princeton . Rob was extremely helpful in trying to figure out the logistics of it as well Absolutely fantastic service , thanks !! Heather and Kevin .

Of all the Kal Tire locations i've visited this one is the most impressive for efficiency. I showed up 20 minutes before closing with a badly leaking front tire. Jamie processed me through the system while Roy got the repair underway at break neck speed. I was out of there minutes past closing, they really saved the day. Thanks guys!
Amazing staff and amazing quality of work. We came from Vancouver and my rear brakes started smoking down the hill right before Princeton and I gave them a call at around 3pm and they were able to squeeze me in, locate parts, and fix my very damaged rear pads and discs. I cannot thank them enough and am so very grateful. Had they not worked on the car, we would not have made it to our camping trip with about another hour to go. If I lived in Princeton, I would definitely go here for all my mechanical needs.
Great friendly service! Thank you very much for helping figure out a problem on our Jeep and tires. We would highly recommend this store, the staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. They even told us where the Whipsaw Trails were!
Never have had problem with them in the years I've dealt with them. Good customer service and pretty fast too, even during the busy season. Oh, and all the good tire brands too.
