First time customer, fantastic experience. Very courteous staff- front desk was friendly and prompt and the technician was considerate in taking time to come explain what exactly needs to be done to the car in layman's terms. Most places won't take the time to give you that in-depth feedback before just telling you the issue and what the price is without the explanation. For my tire repair, I was able to get an appointment for the next day with their very flexible hours. Can't recommend Mavis in Princeton enough. It's way better than the far majority of my car maintenance experience in terms of customer service.

I've been coming to this Mavis since it was STS. Clint is always so friendly and remembers my name when I walk in the door. I recently came there for a knocking noise in the front, and as always, they gave me a great deal. There was a new person at the counter, Tim, that made my visit even more pleasant. He told me about the great benefits of having their store card and I saved over 100 because of it. I am hoping Tim will be there as long as Clint has, as I can tell he cares about their customers!
Staff was very professional and communicated well! Always appreciate doing business with them! Never disappoint with the prices or the service!
I arrived one hour before closing with a flat. They weren't sure they could get to it same day, but when I explained my personal emergency they assured me it would get done ASAP. Tire was replaced in about 45 minutes. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend.
Top notch garage!! If you need tires or service, I'd recommend you give these guys a shot. Clint and his team of mechanics know their stuff. Went in to shop for tires and left with new rubber and much needed brakes. Clint has great customer service. He walked me through the different tire options without pressure on a purchase. While they were replacing my tires, they noticed bad wear on my brakes and said they could replace in the same day. Worked out great for me. Mavis definitely won my business.
