Awful. The people they moved in next to me are loud, obnoxious, and frankly dangerous. They have had many many complaints from every unit around them. They have damaged my property. The police were called on them for domestic violence. I could go on and on. For months and months they have been a disturbance and a danger to everyone but the leasing company, Princeton Properties, has done nothing to fix this situation. They just don't care. Do not move here if you value quiet and safety. Find somewhere else.

I love living here. The grounds are kept neat, the office staff are always helpful, and maintenance responds in a timely manner should anything be amiss. Snow drifts and leaves on the walkways are promptly taken care of, and the gardens are kept beautiful in the summer. The views of the Back Cove are amazing, and the apartments are a safe place to live. This place is home to me.

Although the staff at the leasing office were always very nice, it was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived. “It’s a cockroach house!” You don’t see much cockroaches in ME, but I saw more than a dozen with in a year. Another reason I hated living there was no recycling system. There are more than 100 units in the property, but all cans, bottles, papers, plastic containers, everything goes to the dumpster. If you are looking for a nice living environment, I do not recommend this place even though the location is convenient and the rent is affordable.

These people charged a woman with parkinsons 50 dollars for 2 blinds to be replaced,...theyre cheap 9 dollar blinds to begin with and the blinds are just recycled ones from the back corner of the maintenance shop.....disgusting.
