Optimal Health is a wonderful place to shop for special dietary and aromatherapy needs. The ladies that helped me locate my grocery needs were so very nice, genuine and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need they will try to either order it or help you locate it elsewhere. While there, I learned that they hold classes in regards to health topics such as diet and such. Very nice atmosphere to shop.
