I had an incredible experience being treated by Dr. Becker. Everything from pre to post op was handled professionally and flawlessly. I strongly recommend him for all ENT related issues. His office is also very well run and I had a wonderful experience in dealing with Megan and the rest of his staff. Thank you Dr. Becker for helping me breathe better!

I wish I can give a zero star. Horrible group of doctors! I had 2 visits with them. Visit 1: Appointment with a NP Megan Seery I went for pain in my ear. The NP told if it's okay to take a look in my nose as she wants to make sure about something. I said yeah sure. And they billed me/insurance 1200 for an endoscopy!! Never once did she ever mentioned its a big procedure and explained anything. The procedure took 2 minutes in total. Visit 2: Appointment with MD Samuel S Becker This appointment was on the recommendation of the NP as a follow up. I went in there. Waited for good 30-40 minutes. Then doctor walked in. Asked me how I was. I said the pain is gone. He said very well then. Thank you. I asked aren't you gonna check anything. He said no. This all lasted for 90 seconds. Again billed for 250. I think they're committing insurance fraud by withholding information and wrongful billing.

My wife had an appointment with Dr Paul Frake, he took his time and listened to her symptoms and did exactly what he should have done. He did a excellent job and go us to the point where we are finally figuring out the issues and able to do what’s necessary to help my wife. I would highly recommend

From the moment I arrived in Yardley , I was greeted by smiling sweet staff. They cared about social distancing and keeping me safe. The nurse came in and was also very very pleasant. The Doc was thorough. And didn’t treat me with any disrespect - he took time and explained things to me like I mattered. Then I called today to reschedule an appointment and find out some other info I was provided but misplaced. Well I couldn’t be more shocked by the kindness , and unbelievable attention that the person who handles scheduling etc gave to me. Jenn Forest is her name. She is an example of how people should treat each other. If the world had more Jenn Forests it would be a better place. I’m blown away at her patience while pursuing the much needed info I had lost. She was wonderful. Bottom line - from the phone call, to the nurses / staff out front , to the nurse who worked with me in the room , to the doctor - I am very impressed and extremely pleased with this group. Highly recommend. And say Hi to Jenn when you call for an appoint. She smiles on the phone and u can feel it.
