I have never been here but I'm going to give them a 1 star because they will not stop calling me. I have never even been in this state. I have spoken with a manager and they stopped calling me for 1 day. I called corporate and they stopped calling me for a week. Today I am getting another call. If this keeps up your getting a cease and desist.

So the employee put my payment on auto payment and after 4 weeks calls and say on payment has been paid so i stop and pay 5 payments and they say they fix the problem and then 3 weeks go by same thing so again i pay to find out that my 6 monthly bank record say i pay had it sent to them and there still say they didn't get it so i paid up to the last 8 payments then stopped and now its 6 to 8 calls a day time for court i guess

The so called assistant manager Michelle G. they have in there is a joke! She isn’t professional at all and doesn’t have a good attitude towards the customers! Went in to buy my son a new bed stood there a good 5 mins waitin on someone to acknowledge we were there someone had to go get her for us so she comes out of the back room not very interested in seeing us you cd tell had so I told her I was there for a bed and had one in mind I viewed online she just tells me they don’t have them in the store and wd have to order it which was fine with us but she didn’t even say 10 words to us in that conversation didn’t tell us what she had to offer just wasn’t interested in our business the young man which I believe was one of the delivery drivers spoke up and showed us some things they had and we actually was able to get a bed sooner and at a very good price but she wasn’t tryin to help us at all if it weren’t for him speaking up and showing us some things we would have left with nothing! She didn’t seem to pleased to do our app and the process but she did and we got a delivery date for the next day which was great so the next day I realized the rails I had wasn’t going to fit so I called about 2.5 hours before my scheduled delivery to add the rails she set that up and that was that well she called my mothers phone and told her that we wd have to be re scheduled for 2 days out which I already got rid of my sons old bed to make room for the new one when my mother told her she said “it is what it is” this was by far the WORST customer service ever!!!
