Looks like a great trailer park. Well kept up
like
I've lived here for 6 or 8 years. Most of the tenants are respectful of one another, and the owner/manager (Brent) has always been courteous and helpful. He has invested millions of dollars to update the water and sewer systems. The water is rust free now and tastes great. This is a nice place to live.
Speed bumps are ridiculously large!! And property is fairly run down....
Friendly environment good people
Advised playground so I asked about one before I bought my place manager said they were in process of building one but had never built one! also the speed bumps are so big that you can't even creepover them without bottoming out! Also each child in the park is only allowed to have one bike per child! And if a tree falls on your how's you are supposed to remove the tree from the yard yourself which means I had to pay for my own chainsaw and stump grinder if I wanted it removed and the manager keeps complaining about the stump in my yard if you want it removed so bad then you go ahead and remove it shouldn't a tree that grows out of the lot B the trailer parks responsibilities
