I really loved my experience with Shirnette. She’s was personable, and quick with being helpful. Not only were the people nice, the room I was in getting my 3D scan was clean and very professional. I loved there and I can’t wait to start my Smile Direct journey!

I went in for a free scan not knowing what to expect. Adhee in Princeton NJ was a great help. She explained everything in great detail which made the process very easy. A quick 30 mins and have my new smile on the way.
The young lady who checked me in & escorted me to the 3D Scan was so nice. She asked if I had referral code because I could save money. When I advised no she gave me time to reach out to someone I knew who used smile direct to get a referral code & I saved money. She could have just let me pay full price so that was a nice plus. I then sat in room and the rep Stef was also such a pleasure. She was informative and made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. The staff was nice, the staff went above and the office was very clean. Only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I was advise the consult would only take 30 minutes and I was there over an hour. It was not a big deal for me because I wasn’t in a rush. Nor was it the employees fault the system wasn’t scanning properly. Overall I had a pleasurable experience. Once I am a few trays in I will come back and review my experience.
I just came home from getting my free consultation, they show me everything is needed to get my teeth straight, they we very nice. Aditel was the person who took the pictures and she explain everything so well that i was sold. i am going to start my journey to a nice smile, and only paying a fracture of what it would have cost at a regular dentist. thank you.
I had a great experience at Smile Direct Club. My Smile Guide(Anam) was welcoming, thorough, and professional. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and feel incredible about the product. I am looking forward to receiving my aligners in the mail and "Smiling with Abandon."
