Very dishonest sales group - I had a proposal and price provided while shopping and had a discount provided. They ignored the discount and added a 1,400 fee for being certified. Plus they reneged on a promise to provide me a second key. Darrell the used car sales manager was quite dishonest. Very unfortunate behavior and shady sales tactics Great place to catch COVID - not a single employee was wearing a mask in the common area. First buying experience attempted outdoors only. On the other hand the financing by jack was easy. In short they’ll screw your and help you finance it. Go somewhere where you’ll be treated better. Classic used car salesman. I don’t mind paying more and being treated better.

Had a great experience with Joe Carvelli. We were buying my daughter’s first car and Joe treated it almost like he was walking his own kid through the features of the car, and was really patient as she test drove and experienced the car. Pricing was fair and the delivery experience was really easy and hassle free as well. Joe even let me take the bow home to surprise my daughter for her birthday (had to bring it back though ). Great experience and would highly recommend this dealership and working with Joe.

My Sales Rep was Mike Williams and not only was he patient and informative, but his mastery of using technology to send pics and video to an out of town buyer was excellent. The rest of the staff there were very easy going and helpful which really gave a low-pressure, pleasant buying experience. Thanks Mike
