Very reasonable rates for printing and very friendly people at the office. I have printed multiple posters here for decorating my room and the quality is top notch. This is the first place I think of when I want to print anything now!

Absolutely atrocious. The printers, for some unknown and not-well thought out idea, only work with Mason Money. Their solution is a kiosk next to the printer that allows one to load money onto their Mason ID. Sounds reasonable. Too bad the kiosks never work. I went to the JC to print an essay 45 minutes before my class, which was at 9. By the time I realized that the Mason Money Machine wasn't working, it was 9:15. By the time the library staff told me that they couldn't help me, it was 9:30. So no. I won't be using Mason's student printing services ever again. Nor would I recommend these services.
