Great prices, even better staff
I paid for a two sided flyer design directly from Printworks website. I called them numerous times just to confirm they received my order. I provided Printworks with flyer that I wanted them to redo. I even gave them the corrections upfront, and the additions were not added to the draft. I have not receive my final flyers to this date. The draft that I did received had many typos that needed to be corrected. The draft provided by Printworks is unusable in its current form. No attempts by Printworks have been made to provide me with the edited version of my flyer. I’ve missed the events that I planned to use my flyers at. To this date, this company has a difficult time communicating with customers via email or phone. I strongly suggest you do business elsewhere. As a professional business Printworks could’ve said they were unable to create my flyer instead of waisting our time, and money. Proceed at your own risk!
