Typically I file my own taxes, but had a somewhat tricky tax year in 2016 and I thought it would be helpful to work with a tax professional In summary, I have much greater comfort about my tax filing and feel that Venkat is well deserved to get 5 rating - Ease of communication: Venkat is responsive and everything is handled online using a secure dropbox. - Document review: Venkat had a helpful checklist that I used to make sure I was getting all of my deductions in. - Very fast turnaround: I really did not expect to get my taxes filed so quickly and painlessly. - Competitive fees: An important one. I did a lot of research and asked friends/colleagues about the rates they typically pay. Venkat was very transparent and I was happy with what I paid.
