It was nearing the end of the business day and we had a letter that had to get delivered right away. Called another place but their time frame was over 2 hours, so called Pro Courier. They were the same price as the other carrier and 10x faster. They were able to pick up within 15 minutes of my call. Will definitely be using them in the future.
