In making room to build a new 2 car garage I needed to have my old garage demolished but leave an attached shed. The job was made a little more difficult because the only entrance way into the back of the property is through a carport that is pretty low and narrow. Pro Demolition demolished the old wood frame structure and the concrete pad it sat on and hauled it away. They did a beautiful job completing it quickly, leaving a clean level area for construction. The job was done on the agreed upon dates and at a reasonable price. Mickey and his crew were easy to work with and very considerate of my time and property. I would highly recommend Pro-Demolition for small job such as mine or larger.

Pro Demo was hired to remove a residential house on a lot in a small town near Orlando. The city had declared many code violations and the best result was to demolish the structure. Pro Demo took control and handled everything involved, including dealing with the city. The work was performed and completed within two days. The remaining result was a level, finished lot which has created quite a list of potential buyers. Mickey, Rachel, and the staff were extremely courteous, professional, and true to their word. I definitely recommend this company for any and all demolition jobs anyone may have. Excellent work!!!! FIVE stars all the way.
