My mother and I went on the 3 in 1 Mexican excursion and it was worth every dollar. We started at the tulum ruins and then we went to snorkel dos ojos cenotes and finished at aquamal to snorkel with the sea turtles. Our tour guide was Leo and he was absolutely phenomenal! Very informative and friendly. Our driver was Manuel and he got us to every stop quick and safe! Highly recommend this tour and guide!

This was a fabulous family day out 3 trips in one swim with the turtles, visit to the Mayan ruins and snorkel in the cnotes. The family ranged from 15 years old to 63 years old and the staff were fantastic they looked after everyone. I can honestly say this was a day to remember. Thanks for the memories

We went to a local snorkeling tour with Pro Dive. We paid around 40 per person and it was worth it. The reef was beautiful! We saw a turtle, a stingray and a lot of different kinds of fish. The guide was nice and professional. I want to say thank you to the guys that are selling the tours (Gabby and Nicolas) - they explain everything very well, let you choose and don't push you to buy.

Just bad service and bad refund policy. Our hotel offered free 20 min catamaran. We were staying with another couple and asked if there is a way that we could all go together. One of the employees said that it's usually only for 2 people, but if we gave them some tip they will take us out in 2 boats at the same time. We agreed and gave the guy 10 US, he told us to come back at a certain time. When we came back no one new anything of this arrangement and just repeated their policy that only 2 people can go at the same time. The guy who we gave money to was not there, but I was more dissapointed that we did not receive what we were promised.

Terrible customer service policy! We reserved a snorkeling tour for the next day with another couple. The next morning our friends were not feeling too well and wanted to cancel the trip. They were told they could only cancel 24 hours prior to the trip with a doctor's note. They actually wanted to see the doctor but no doctor was available in the resort. My fiancee and I still went but did not like the tour very much. You spend about an hour both ways to get to the reef and there is really not that much to see.
