First time using this company and you get what you pay for... sort of. Cheap with quick turnaround and regular but incongrous communication. Unfortunately, they returned my doors with a fair amount of paint left on them in the corners of the beadings... I'm assuming if I had paid another 20 per door for sanding they would have been completely paint free but then again, I could have got that service combined cheaper elsewhere and other striping services I've used in the past haven't left me with this issue. All in, I feel like I got about 95% of what I paid for and in hindsight I would've rather paid extra for the job done to have been done properly.

I am totally discussed by the way this company behaved. I got a quote on the phone was expecting to receive the confirmed quote by email but received nothing. When they came to collect the doors I had no prior warning they just turned up. The same on delivery back to me. I had requested them to be waxed this wasn’t done and when I spoke to the office they were very rude and said I had to pay what they had quoted which was 40 over the original quote. They wanted me to pay before they would send me an invoice when I didn’t really know what I was paying for, as the work wasn’t as I had expected and was more for less work. I now understand why I didn’t get an invoice in the first place as had no proof of the original quote. The guy who brought my doors back would not leave my house until I transferred the money. I felt totally intimidated even more so when it seemed the bank details they had given me where incorrect. I said I would get cash from a cash point and he followed me and stood over me. I handed over the cash but was shaking by the time I got back indoors. No face coverings were worn which added to my discomfort. I would never use this company again and suggest if you require anything dipped Please go to someone else.
