Pro Energy Solutions were incredible! After giving us an estimate, 2 weeks later, our furnace gave out and quit. We called them, they brought over portable heaters to ensure our safety, then came back the next day and installed a whole new system, both heating and AC! They went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone. John and Vincent, as well as the installers, were great to deal with. Answered all my questions and gave quite a bit of information to enable us to make the decision to go with them.

I had the new ductless heating and AC unit put in my house. I am not happy it doesn’t work properly. I have to put another heater to heat up the room . That was the reason I put the heating unit to cut down the bill. Rep gave me all kind of stories that it will heat up and also cool the room. They only have the best of the best in USA . I was told that they will install it in the middle of the room to maximize the use but when the installers came in they installed it in one corner of the room. Now it doesn’t heat up the room. If you call they don’t give you the right answer. Spent 9000 for something doesn’t work. They send someone to to take a look but they made it worse. The guy inserted the thermometer to check the temperature and broke the fan and it’s making so much noise that I can not stay in the room. All he said that I will order the fan. They are not professional.
