I thought I would be able to sell my mobile home with an ad on Zillow and wasted several days with a potential buyer who had lots of reasons he couldn't make a bank transfer. I called Denise Gabbard; she responded immediately, came over the same day, posted within hours, convinced me to raise the price, and sold it to the second person who looked at it. Her fee was worth it: She is professional and competent, and can close a deal.

The only reason I rated Cossett and her efforts a 5 Star was there was no more star to add. Talking about a cut above , They went above and beyond to make everything possible. They kept me completely update and were so professional, organized, with tremendous knowledge of the area. I felt she treated my place as if it was her own. I normally don’t take the time to time to reflect and share my feelings but the trust and daily communication that has been established is second to none.
