These guys saved me! I needed a boiler service ASAP for the sale of my home. Having used their service a couple of years ago and being a happy customer, I decided to use them again. The team came out on the same night and discovered that my boiler was fitted illegally and was extremely dangerous where gas and water was leaking. They had to cut the gas off and were extremely kind to offer electric heaters for the night. They made this job their priority and came back out first thing next morning and spent the whole day working hard. They removed the faulty boiler and replaced it with a brand new one and they had a huge job under the floorboards sorting out the pipe work and did so much more which I cannot explain! I have peace of mind now knowing that everything has been done to a high standard. I highly recommend using this company, the team are friendly, hard working and reliable.

I called early one morning and they arrived within the hour, very proffesional, explained the issue and completed it. They were quick and efficient and would definatly use again. Got my heating and hot water working again!!! Cant thank them enough.
I would highly recommend Pro Plumbers 24/7. I called Ricky yesterday and was able to come the same evening! The work was carried out to a very high standard and they even stayed until 1am to ensure the job was finished! I will 100% use them again
I called pro plumbers yesterday as a last resort because my current plumber had vanished? In hindsight I should have call these guys first. I spoke to Rick about changing a mixer cartridge for my kitchen tap, I told him that I had changed It twice in the last two weeks and it was continuously getting harder to turn. He advised me to take the original cartridge to him / or he could send someone to pick it up so he could source a good quality one for me and give it a go. I called back later on that evening and informed him that I had ordered one online and will try and replace it. Rick gave me sound, solid advice and even told me that if I need any silicone plumbers grease that he would be more than happy to provide some for me for free for me to complete the job.The honesty and professionalism of pro plumbers is amazing, he could have just said that he couldn't help and just fobbed me off but he didn't. He also advised me that if I was still struggling to give them a call anytime. What amazing service and honesty. I will be using this company in the future as my first choice.
Ricky and his team installed a new boiler and removed our old boiler and tank. Cant fault them, they turned up on time, and worked non stop all day to install new system, very friendly, and explained and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.
