My family just moved to the long lake area from PA. We needed a front license plate bracket in MN and didn't have any tools yet but Duane from Pro Tire took care of it for us. They are quick and very nice. Their place has a nice waiting room with a beverage bar. We will be using them for all of our automotive needs in the future. So nice to find such a friendly service garage!

Pro Tire and Auto Repair is a trustworthy business that provides top notch customer service. I recently had an issue with my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon (outside of their normal business hours) and Tracy (the owner) was kind enough to pick up the phone anyway to help me out. He even waited at the shop for over an hour until the tow truck could get my vehicle towed there so it could be stored inside over the rest of the weekend. I was even more impressed with Pro Tire when one of their mechanics (Duane) called me right away on Monday morning to let me know that the issue with my vehicle was a recall issue and should be completely covered under my vehicles warranty based on his research, even though that meant Pro Tire would not get to perform the repairs as the terms of the warranty stated it had to be done at a Jeep dealership. Honesty, integrity, and amazing customer service are three things every customers wants when they take their vehicle in for repairs and Pro Tire has all three. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Pro Tire and Auto Repair the next time you need your vehicle repaired.

This is a small shop but they are amazing! My car had a flat at work, they came and got it, fixed my tire and brought it back to me and I never left my desk at work! They have great prices too! I will always go there! They definitely deserve my 5 stars!

They are willing to be flexible and always greet me with a smile, regardless of how much of a pain in the neck I've been. I appreciate everything they have done for me, and will continue to bring my vehicles to them. Even when it's not convenient.
