Outstanding customer service! I made a phone call regarding a junk car on a property we are renovating. They were able to schedule pick-up within 48 hours of my initial contact. The vehicle had 4 flat tires and was down a narrow drive behind the house. I was amazed by the technique of the driver who was able to access and retrieve the non-running vehicle without disturbing any of the construction areas! Al was a total pro! Everyone I spoke to was always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and would use it again.
These guys did a great job helping us tow some cars from our driveway. They paid us a fair price for our cars, and helped us take care of some things we needed for our other cars. Great customer service, professionalism, and timeliness.
I called Neil to help me get rid of my van, he said he could offer me 300 but referred me to someone who could give me 500. I sold it to his referral. It's uncommon now-a-days to find someone who will do their best to help you despite losing out on their own benefit. I would highly recommend calling Neil to help you get the best outcome.
