Daughter attended physio and when we met her, we were told she was leaving in 4 weeks. Then proceeded to casually ask for a small amount of background and gave my daughter very simple tasks to do. Session ended and nothing was mentioned about follow ups or bookings. So I asked and was told she will email me with her recommended activities/exercises. Over a week later, still nothing so I called and was told I will get her to send it. No apology nothing. Wouldn’t waste my time with them!

I made a booking because of a lower back issue. • Received good advice for going forward • Was given a thorough treatment of the area • Also given print outs of exercises and activities to prevent or minimize the issue in future. The appointment started on time, and there was no heavy-handed pressure to book further appointments.
