They are a bit slow on getting your returns back to you and than they dont send the completed return that you provided them with. They served my person on 9/9/2016 and I didn't get the emailed return until 9/21/2016. Their customer service is lacking a bit also. Edited on 6/17/2020, we have sent them several files since 9/2016 and they have improved their practices.
