My parents traveled with this service. Though the formalities are completed, but they don't know how to behave professionally. They don't know customer service, instead they feel they are doing it for free. They don't pay any receipts. They don't behave like a guide on the tour, instead expect you to just follow them without any guidance. Better search for a professional service if possible. None the less choose this as last option.
