Poor and irresponsible behaviour when I sent signed copy of consent form for closure of FD in Proddatur branch as I reside in Hyderabad...and hold joint account with my mother who stays in Proddatur...same consent form was sent back as a printout...I was asked to submit it in Hyderabad...very disappointed...
