I have never seen worst branch like this. Staff don't have proper knowledge on what they need to do, especialy dealing with demat account . They known only account opening but if you want close that account we need to go on there tail( I submitted my nsdl closure request form on dec2020 ,till now don't have any status on that . Again I revisted on Feb 2021 , staff said I need to resubmit the form (here they have given another form not nsdl closure form) this form also don't have any status till now. I have revisted on mar 16th again same drama started here the bank employee is not in there seat he/she will come after days and I need to revisit on 18th mar 2021 and resubmit the form). What bank manager was doing ? Is this how they will treat a customer? They don't have any work ethics? Does there employee don't have enough knowledge to deal with closure request form? Why they need to run the bank ?

Worst bank i never seen before 2021. Customers are god in other banks view, but in kotak proddatur bank treat very bad. Kyc person behave more than like minister. Choose another bank. Dont waste your time. All are shows good feedback. But they are only bank employees only. Who are existing customers.
