Got my activa service done here I'm happy with the support and service reach as early as possible may be like before 8:30 to get job done quickly and received my bike at 4 pm They haven't changed any items which they felt were good during service like air filter etc Overall good

Service is average, I see dust also not cleaned properly. I gave Extra 50 rupees to the cleaning guy and requested him to clean properly. More over they take only 70 vehicle per day. I went once they said come tomorrow. I went another day, they said come tomorrow once again. Why can't they say that we take only 70 vehicles per day and that to you should come by 8:30am in the first time coming.

Service is very poor and worst. We serviced our Honda Active for self start problem. Vehicle is not cleaned at all even though we requested for. 3 times we went to show room for finding solution to the problem. Self start problem is not fixed at all. Neither Manager Nor Mechanic takes the responsibility for it and they says how can we sure if problem is fixed or not. This is not a show room at all. This is a place where they charge ransom amount to get their spare parts fixed to our vehicle even though it is not needed. 1 st Visit: Coil is gone. So, they got new Coil and mentioned it should work fine. It didnt work, 2nd Visit: They mentioned RR Unit, CDU Unit not working. so, new spare parts fixed. It didnt fix the problem. 3rd Visit: some wire connecetd to RR not working, new spare part fixed. This problem is not fixed at all even now.. DONT VISIT to this Show Room at all. Better to get serviced through Local mechanic who knows in and out of how to find fix for vehicle problem.

There is no proper quality of service in MR Honda. and its very poor Quality of service and fitting wrong screws and some place fitting is missing. three is no Honda 6g spare parts in MR Honda. See below poor Quality of service in MR Honda.

Proddatur Honda service manager is good. He has solved my activa scooter problem. He takes to the mechanic, in front of me they cleaned and changed the air filter, cleaned it, adjusted carburetor as per standards. Cleaned the parts, sparkplug, grill adjustment and etc made the activa problem free.. If any issues in service, directly contact service manager. He is good in it..... Thanks for Customer friendly services

People are not friendly. They can't understand bikes, to replace my scooter's handel they took almost a month and they are irresponsible it things They damaged my bikes paint and they refused to fix, I really had a very bad experience here
