They just dont care that we are going through rough times with Corona virus. I was told they wouldnt garnish me if I kept in contact with them till things got a little better so that's what I did and they wiped my whole account anyway and with no warning! I called and begged them to put it back because it was all I had and I've got 2 little ones to take care of and they just didnt care at all. Really awful company and really awful people.

This company lies through their teeth. They said they couldn't help me, when their lawyer and the courts both said they could. They drained my bank account instead. They were completely unwilling to help me because I didn't answer their numerous phone calls. Sorry, I don't answer harassment calls. I've worked with them in the past, and have never had a good experience. They said I still owed money when I had proof I had paid off my balance. They've refused to send receipts. Most of us don't end up in collections by choice. We're doing our best and do not deserve to be treated like dirt.
Very unprofessional customer service. Unwilling to help us understand why they are inquiring about something that is not owed. This may be a scam company. Beware.
Have one payment left then got a extention letter in the mail. M husband called and said oh yea now you owe interest. We have never received a letter about interest but we think their lawyer is crooked wanting more and more money.
You know I wasn't so mad at them as I was the people I actually owed money, but this is place comes off as the sketchiest business I've ever come in contact with. The website, the receipt, the people that work there, all if it made me think 100 times before giving them money
