I began electrolysis treatment with Voncille in May of 2019 and she set my expectations of it taking approximately 2 years to eliminate all of the hair I had on my face, neck and chin. Within the first few treatments my facial hair stopped growing all together, but because I had excessive hair growing from my neck and chin, the process has taken a little longer. When Covid-19 shut down the country in March of 2020 I canceled all of my appointments, however I resumed treatments in January of 2021 and my goodness, my face, chin and neck looks amazing. Instead of having to shave daily, I shave once a week because the hair is so scarce. Prior to electrolysis treatments I used to wear foundation to conceal my facial, chin and neck hair that would poke out throughout the day, but for the past year and a half I haven't worn any. Before visiting Voncille in 2019 I used to pluck my face, neck and chin to remove hair which resulted in severe dark spots, but as soon as I began electrolysis treatments and realized that it was actually working, I quit plucking my skin and my dark spots cleared in a period of 3-4 months. Prior to starting electrolysis treatments with Voncille I had laser hair removal treatments over a period of 4 months, and not only did it cause me to develop more dark spots, it only masked the hair follicle for a short period of time; resulting in my hair growing back more aggressively. Please know that laser hair removal is only temporary - it only puts the hair follicle to sleep for a short period of time. Electrolysis treatments actually kills the hair follicle over a series of treatments, and is PERMANENT, but please don't look for a quick fix - it takes time and depending on how excessive your hair grows. Voncille is very knowledgeable of all skin types and shades and has been in this business for over 25 years. She's very engaging and professional at the same time. I should be complete with my treatments by the end of year and I'll truly miss her.

Voncille is absolutely wonderful. She is an excellent blend of professional and personal. I have had horrible, manly facial hair for as long as I can remember and she is a God sent. If you are on the fence, at least go in for the consultation; she is thorough in her explanations and does her best to make clients feel at ease!

I'm so glad I discovered Voncille around three years ago! I've suffered several electrologists over more than three decades (persistent problem), and she's the only one I don't dread visiting, thanks to her technique and latest technology. :-) She's very thorough and honest. I've never gone to any business that wouldn't accept tips. (That undercurrent of pressure to do so is strong). I'd expected my last visit weeks ago to be lengthy, and she must've finished in 20 minutes or less. I checked the mag mirror after washing my face that evening, and every single hair was gone. She'd also advised me on inexpensive skin care that has saved me hundreds of dollars! I was on prescription compounds for my face for around five-plus years, and now I only use mild facial soap, witch hazel, white aloe and egg whites as directed by her. This has worked for over two years now! Thank God for Voncille in my life!

Prompt and professional, make an appointment and walk away with tons of information and lots less hair. Keep going to achieve permanent results. Electrolysis is the only permanent solution to remove unwanted hair. Put down the tweezers and pick up the phone!

Had a great experience with them. I've been seeing them for a while and have noticed that a patch of hair hasn't grown back since the first appointment. I still have some more hair in other areas but I can see a difference. The prices are reasonable as well. Voncille and Jani are super nice and professional. The staff are very welcoming and it feels like another home. I totally recommend them.
