Sale girl Michelle got my order wrong and never issued a refund. Plus there is weird stupid writing on the back of customer order receipt. No respect for customer
Michelle was so helpful and polite. I asked to see some samples of different thickness of acrylic sheet and she brought me to the warehouse and showed me some samples. I was in the market for only 1 sheet for my photo frame but she assist me as much as as possible. I didn't end up getting sheet but she was still very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for plexiglass or acrylic.
A 2.0 Rating? No. Your expectations are out of line. This is a wholesale volume warehouse that ALLOWS individuals to purchase. They supply to companies like TESLA and BOEING and aren't set up with a gelato bar and mood lighting while you wait for your single plastic sheet to be pulled from the enormous warehouse for 40. I don't know what is up with the other reviews, but I'll tell you first hand that this place is THE PLACE for plastic supplies. Helpful. Friendly. Fast. Responsive. Yes, if it's plastic, they have it! I'm damn LUCKY they will sell in small quantities to me.
