Definitely a great school of Capoeira. Myself and my kids have learnt so much about the different aspects of this Brazilian Martial art. Our level of fitness really improved but the most enjoyable is the knowledge acquired about this cultural art. And not forgetting the sense of community inside this lovely group.

More than a sports club, this is a school with students who study the various aspects of this Brazilian Martial Art and wider Brazilian culture. You will definitely get fit but more importantly you will also lean and grow as a person under the tutelage of Professor Marcus Cabeça. I have been part of the school for 6 years and I continue to change, grow and lean every day.
A brilliant school that teaches a traditional Brazilian martial art - you get fitter, more flexible, practice music and instruments, and learn about culture and history. Really enjoying every step of the journey and development that comes with the training!
Great school with strong ethics in teaching ALL aspects of Capoeira, the self defence, music, culture and philosophy. I have experienced a lot and will no doubt discover more in the future!

In the almost 2 years since I have been part of this school, I learned so much about Capoeira, life, discipline, the power of teamwork...Capoeira is a unique Art that involves so many aspects: physical ability, discipline, language and culture, history, mysic and rhythm. Not to mention friendship! Oh, and I get to train with my kids!
