Here it is June 19th and I have been offered 30% of the return I have received for the past 5years. I have asked repeatedly to have my documents returned and have been charged 280.00 only to get nothing but a run around stating that it is the office staff job to follow up on these matters. I have filed a formal complaint with the irs. So good luck should you decide to go with this establishment.
