I needed some interior painting done for a property I was selling and originally just wanted the downstairs done. Then I wanted some other rooms done. And then I change my mind a 3rd time and wanted pretty much the rest of the house done. This was walls and some of the trim. Cory worked with me to and the constant changing of my mind to get me quick estimates and have a crew out there each time. The end result was great and the property looks so much better. Will definitely use again.

We went with Progreen over a competitor because the price was right and when they knew we were shopping around they dropped the price. In speaking with the owner I was told that every exterior job was treated as though there were less involved (drop clothes for scraping and proper containment technique). When the crew came to do prep work they scraped and left thousands of paint chips all around my house. The scraping was not well done at all. Large flakes hung loosely from the house and if they were painted over they would have immediately chipped off in a wind or rain. A carpenter was supposed to come in the first day to start repairs of the wood that needed it and I had to call to find out where he was. He didn’t show until after dark because he didn’t realize he was supposed to be at my place. He then had to completely revise the quote I was given because the original quote didn’t cover 1/2 of the repairs that were needed. I called the company back and asked that they clean up the mess they made. They apologized and sent someone out the next day. The woman must have been at my home for about 1/2 hour and done nothing because it looked the same when I came home. We also found cigarette butts on the ground and empty chip bags stuffed behind the cable box. I cut all ties with the company as they breached their contract. If you plan on using this company you will want to supervise everything they do. I have found out that it is illegal for companies that aren’t RRP certified to do this kind of exterior work on houses older than 1978, and I now know that progreen is not RRP certified.

Cory, Pablo and their team did an amazing job painting our upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms! They were punctual, efficient, and extremely tidy. They finished the same day (apprx 1200 SF) and the work was perfect. We used Sherwin Williams Cashmere gray shingle and it really pops against the white molding and plantation shutters. We will definitely be using Cory and his team again for some future projects we have planned! Thank you!
