You cant not love this gym. It is spotless, the equipment is varied, clean and kept in good order, staff are knowledgeable, friendly, interested and more than happy to help you. I've been to gyms ranging from the budget 10 a month type to 80 a month over the last 15 years and this is by far my favourite. Staff are always cleaning, members seem to have total respect for the place and in turn look after it. It's a really nice space to spend a bit of time clearing your head.

Possibly the most engaging and welcoming Gym I've ever been a member of. You are always welcomed by name and you are made to feel part of a family. The equipment is up to date and is often refreshed. Staff are knowledgable and on hand to provide help and advice. Good mix of classes for those that want more of a group workout.

Best gym I've ever been to. You feel accepted no matter what you look like and Rob and the staff genuinely want the best for you. They offer a wide range of activities and classes. If you're looking to join a gym give them a call you won't be disappointed
