I began seeing Nicole when I was first diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis. My experience has been entirely positive. Her knowledge and skill were instrumental in ensuring I was physically prepared when surgery was later required. In my post surgery appointments with her she ensured that my recovery was progressing well. Her friendly demeanor created a comfortable treatment environment. I stumbled upon Progress accidentally while doing a placement for school nearby; and honestly I could not be more grateful for this accidental find. Nicole was wonderful; she really takes her time to get to know you as an individual and caters directly to what is going on for you specific injury. On top of her individualized care for her patients she is absolutely the sweetest and has such wonderful personality which makes you feel immediately at ease. The rest of the staff are lovely and as a whole it is a clean and nurturing environment that definitely promotes recovery. I would 110% recommend Nicole and the rest of the team to anyone needing physio for an injury or recovery post operative!
