Dishonest / thieves. Stole money from many schools in Las Vegas. Will not return phone calls, emails, and texts. I finally got a hold of Matt after months of trying. He told he would send the funds from my canceled field trip.....never sent the funds. I’ve been texting him several times a week. No response from him.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have been emailing Matt and Katie for months! Neither of them have the common courtesy to reply back. I am trying to get a refund for my child trip that was cancelled. I understand that they may be busy, but is it really that hard to reply back to someone? Give parents some sort of time frame as when we can expect our money back. We were told 50% up front and the rest when they got refunded from vendors. My child will never attend a field trip that is put on by this POS company. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Our school booked 5th and 7th grade field trips through project exploration Nevada. Due to expensive payment Processing fees, some of us chose to pay in full vs. pay the processing fees of a payment plan. Big mistake. They cancelled in April, the May trips. In mid May they promised 50% refund, with rest to follow in 3 weeks while they dealt with getting vendor refunds themselves. Now no one will return a call or email and not one of us has seen a refund. Total scam/fraud in my book. I would not recommend any school to use this company. I’m just glad I didn’t actually use them to be responsible for my child.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Project exploration has now successfully stole money upwards of thousands of dollars from all of the parents in my school. The have promised refunds and continually break their promise. When I did contact them, their staff were super disrespectful. I can’t even imagine sending my children with these people. I have now contacted the State of Nevada who said they are going to follow up with them. The words that come to mind to describe this business is DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, DREADFUL. Who does this to kids?

This company will duck and dodge to avoid providing refunds for trips that were canceled. I have been attempting to get refunded for cancelled trips for the past 3 months. Save yourself trouble and money and avoid dealing with Project Exploration.

Great company that’s been around for a long time. Trips are memorable and it really helps for the students to have experiential experiences.

My autistic 6th grader was very excited for his San Diego trip because they were going on a boat trip to learn some oceanography/science. The rest of the trip was Sea World and the beach and an aquarium, which are all things that the average traveler can do. We paid over350 for this trip and when they got to San Diego, the person planning the trip did not book the boat trip portion of this trip correctly and they had to cancel it and just go back to the beach. My child is VERY disappointed. That boat trip was the reason he went on the trip, otherwise we could have just taken a family vacation to Sea World. As an offset, we were offered 25.00. That is an unacceptable resolution. As my son attends a very large school system, I will be continuing to push that none of the schools use this company in future. Other considerations would be to issue a stop payment on my payment as the trip was not as what was offered and accepted.
