Yeah, as has been said Cliff is matter of fact in his manner. If you want Italian coffee and biscotti, Project 9 might not be the best guys. My experience was of a positive and effective outfit. They helped me get an utterly botched 944 repair from elsewhere put right without it turning into thousands. Cliff was straight, honest and used his expertise to sort out a very messy job with great results. I'd recommend these guys for that alone.

I needed some info on a car that was previously looked after by Project Nine which is now sitting with a dealer. Spoke with Natasha who was very helpful. Thanks so much!

Excellent service, didn't recognise the car when I got there. Showroom shine! Slight billing mix up but very quickly sorted. Will use again

The first time I used project nine I found them very blunt with poor customer service skills. However, they did what was asked of them and seemed to have done it well. The second time I took my turbo there I found them so rude, obnoxious and unhelpful that my car left there without any work being carried out. I’ve never met such a miserable rude pair!! I will now go back to paragon as I only went to project 9 due to location. What a mistake that was.
