Superb customer service! We recently purchased a piano Promenade music, the staff were absolutely lovely, we felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. The piano was delivered the next day at a time to suit us, and despite awful weather, the piano was brought in swiftly and efficiently. As first time customers to Promenade Music, we were more than happy with the service we received; and will definitely return next time we visit Morecambe.

Hello, well this was a real surprise, what a treat to find a Music shop with really pleasant staff who made me feel so welcome as soon as I entered the shop. Gary was so knowledgeable about everything musical and answered all my questions with really great information and pointed me to the right guitar for me rather than the most expensive ones that were there. Genuine advise. A wonderful and helpful team at Promenade Music in Morecambe! During the whole process of my new Content Organ being ordered from the Netherlands , both David and Steven have always been willing to answer any questions and of course so welcoming on the two visits to sample their range of many organs in the spacious showroom. They had a wet and wild day for the delivery, which was a challenge in itself, but done so professionally too ! Called in today to look at all of the beautiful guitars my daughter longs for but can’t afford, unless we win the lottery . We entered with our masks on of course, we were asked to gel our hands & asked if our temperatures could be taken. Didn’t have a problem with any of this, thank you for doing everything necessary to keep us & all of you safe . When we hit the jackpot, we’ll be back to buy all those guitars Cheers
