I don't typically submit reviews on businesses (good or bad); however, yesterday, Pronto Muffler & Brake North performed a repair on my F150 exhaust system that another shop poorly did, and I have to acknowledge them. First, their customer service was excellent, and I felt valued as a customer. They got my vehicle in very quickly, and the technician completed the work efficiently. The technician inspected my entire exhaust system and not just the issue I reported to them. I see they provide other services (brakes and vehicle accessory upgrades), so I will definitely be back to give them my business.

Just went in for a new muffler, and they got it on. They did a good job. The only reason im not going to 5 star is because \itll be done in 45 minutes\ turned out to be 2 hours. Disclaimer: other folks did get in and out quick, so their not generally slow. Mine just happened to take a bit longer than i was told. I will certainly go back for more work if i need it though. A little extra time wont sway me away from a job well done!!

Fast friendly service. I needed a heavy duty muffler for my truck. I tried a couple other shops and they put on a cheap wrapped muffler that barely lasted a year. This place understood that heavy duty trucks need a heavy duty muffler. I arrived at 8:20 on a Saturday Morning and left at 8:50. My truck now sounds nice and quiet like it did from the factory,

Was recommended here after watching some YouTube videos on Silverado exhaust. They did a exhaust flow valve and muffler delete on my 2020 Silverado. The end result turned out great! No cab drone and took literally fifteen minutes for them to get my truck back there and completed. Very nice guys doing quality work. Will be sure to name drop when asked on the exhaust because it sounds great!
