PropertyBook have managed our 4 flats in Colchester since they first started out. We have always received an outstanding service from them. We have always found them trustworthy, and they also give good advice. We consider ourselves to be good landlords, who want to look after both our tenants and the properties they live in. We have never had a complaint from any of our tenants about the services PropertyBook provide as managing agents. Simply, we would not consider using any other managing agent in Colchester.
