It's worth it. I did the Property Development course with Jim and his company, my experience is this is probably the best in Australia. I have searched and wasted money for proper Property Development courses before for over a decade and I always end up with either someone who does the copy and paste from google, or a consultant who sells a book and declares themselves a Property Developer but has never actually done a Development project before. Jim and his company are not seminar type of people. They teach you from their experience from the development they have been through. They teach you right from the beginning to the end of the Property Development process, and deeply into the core technical part of the Development process. PDW also brings in quality consultants such as Accountants, Solicitors, Architect, Quantity Surveyor etc to explain their part in Property Development. It's an eye opener how important it is to have quality consultants in your team doing the project. No coin or information left unexplained. My advice is, (A) go to the PDW website and listen to the 7 mini series video over and over again on the website. Then (B) Buy the book called "BUILD" written by Jim, it will explain you how the process work, the basics part of the development and prepare you for the 3 day workshop. Then (C) take the 3 day workshop, you will learn the technical, calculation and the secret about successful Property development and how to do it. You walk out after the 3 day course full of knowledge and comfortably ready to do it the following week. You will also be networking with a lot of other developer who are already or going to do a project as well.

Very nice, concise and simple presentation of what I would regard in my opinion, as a complicated subject with regards to Property Development. Indeed Jim has done a great job presenting the subject with basic framework using the 7 Part mini-series. I have listened to the series two times and will do so again and again. This makes it very appetizing to attend the 3 part seminar, which I am so looking forward to it in November .
