We recently rented a property from this business and had issues from the beginning. We almost didn't proceed because of their mistakes, but the location and price were perfect for us. Luckily, we won't be dealing with them directly anymore which is why we are speaking out. Kallie, the property manager, never apologizes, never takes accountability, and gaslights their mistakes. Before proceeding with this company, I recommend finding out if you'll be dealing with them or the actual property owner. We are very lucky that the owner is taking over management.

My husband and I were in a time crunch with finding a new place to live. After calling countless realtors around town to look at rental properties, not one answered, except Roy Guzman from Property Professionals. He was the only one to answer right away and was able to show us multiple houses even though it was last minute and on the weekend. Everyone that we have worked with thus far at Property Professionals have been great and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say, we found a place and are now new tenants.

Wanted to share my experiences with Property Professionals, more specifically, our Property Manager- Kallie. Kallie has been attentive to any needs or issues we have experienced while living at our rental house in New Braunfels. She has always performed in a professional and polite manner. Kallie truly does care about her job, her renters and the New Braunfels community in general. She aims to keep her residents happy! 5 Stars to Kallie- she deserves a raise!
