Since we have been in the Covid environment, I've lost my job and tried to delay my home payments with a forbearance agreement. Well since that time, I couldn't sell my home because of the disrepair. Out of desperation I called up several people who low balled offers over the phone without looking at my property. Finally I talked with the folks at Property Relief in Tulsa. They were very understanding and were attuned to my situation. They came over with mask on and were very safe when looking at my property. First they got on the phone to help me contact a realtor for their opinion on what I might get. . . which I had done before, but with no luck. Then they offered me different ideas to sell my property even with the back money owed so I could walk away with the equity I had in my property and close quickly. My review here is not to be taken lightly. From the time I called them until I was able to sell my property, it was less than 2 weeks and I was able to close before another payment was due. Layna and Eddie were awesome and very helpful in making sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend using them if you want the best! Thanks to everyone who helped me during this really hard time...

Just sold my house in less than 30 days! I couldn't be more pleased with the integrity & patience Cindy had with my wife and I. We were really skeptical of the amounts of people coming in and making low offers on our home without knowing anything about us.
