They somehow calculated that they saved me 3,043 and I owe them 1,217. I sent them copies of my property tax documents showing a reduction of 1,279, and I asked for documentation and a written explanation of how they arrived at their number. Instead of responding to my letter, they sent me a Demand Letter with a threat to go to court. If their numbers are correct, why not send me backup? I would happily send them 40% of what I actually saved.
