Absolutely delighted with my new ProQ Ranger! Fantastic quality and amazing results on only my 2nd cook. To be fair, the first go was pretty good but really feel I've mastered it now! Such a versatile piece of kit. Great instructions. Super easy to keep clean too, as the grills fit into the dish washer. Love it! Also a big fan of the ProQ Cocoshell charcoal. Lasts ages and kicks out all the heat you need. Just took delivery of another 3 boxes and can't wait to fire up again this weekend!
Very good quality smokers and accessories for both garden amateur to the aspiring pit master. My customer service experiences have been great too. Quick to respond and help out. Great.
Ordered a 37cm ranger elite from Mac's BBQ and even in the current climate (COVID-19) the service and delivery was excellent. I've smoked my first pork shoulder and the result was great, especially as it was a cheap small cut from Lidl. The smoker held temperature for about at least 8 hours using 3kg of Australian heat beads. I'm more than happy with that. The build quality is good and I can't wait to try a few more things soon.
I bought my first ever smoker from these guys back in 2012, since then I won’t shop anywhere else. Their smokers and accessories allowed me to turn a hobby into a business. The products are outstanding and the service is awesome. Highly recommend.
