Amazing customer service from prosmoke. Now joined the club and am a proud owner of a Cactus jack which is brilliant. Ollie helped me out on a great deal for a second hand one, which he had cleaned up for me and now looks and cooks amazing! After 10 years of visiting Texas for work, I decided it was time to make the plunge and get myself my own Offset Smoker. What I hadn't realised at the time is that the hardware is so difficult to get in the UK that it would be a heck of a lot more work than I thought! Well, that was until I discovered ProSmoke BBQ - Not only are they selling high quality smokers (at a much more respectable price than what you tend to see for quality in Europe), but they also provide advice and assistance, going above and beyond in service. I'll definitely be coming back to ProSmoke... Great service/store - Very much recommend.
