The Prospect Complex is a very nice place to live, The tenants are very nice and keep to themselves most of the time. Management is wonderful and easy to work with. I have lived here so far about 1yr and 4 months and I have been very happy here. I haven't had no problems here at all so far. Everyone is very nice and management is great to talk to if you have any issues they get on it and get it fixed in a timely manner which is wonderful. Thank you again for letting me move into your building and hope I will be here for quite a while. You guys are great!!!

I am a new tenant. Moving in was easy and very satisfying. The management team was very helpful with flexibility for the first month and security deposit in reasonable time. Apartment is cozy and every one seems pleasant. Management is always available on premises and willing to help as much as possible!
Since the last owner sold, things have gone very downhill. Heat and a/c are included in the rent for some units but doesn't work a lot of the time. Trying to get management to do anything is like pulling teeth. Over the last year or so ive heard about more and more problem tenants coming in and not being effectively dealt with. All basic utilities are included, its furnished and is pet friendly which is a plus, and rent is affordable which is a rare find. The parking lot needs to be repaved as there are huge potholes that can easily damage your car if you're not careful. If you're looking for just an OK place to live temporarily then this is fine but definitely not a long term plan and not suited for families as there are only efficiency and 1 bed apts.
Room is a standard motel style room. There is water damage throughout the room on the ceiling. The carpets were dirty upon arrival. If you are looking for decent internet this is not the place. The hallways smell. The floors are filthy and shows they do not clean. There aren’t any cameras even though they post there are cameras. The parking lot is run down. The TVs in the rooms are from the 80’s. The cable goes in and out. Positives: there is hot water and it’s quiet for the most part.
I’ve been here for about 5 months and it’s been nothing but great! place is always kept clean, Shannon the building manager has been great. any issues and he’s always there to fix them. would recommend this place to everyone!
This is a very friendly and nice place to live. The Apartments are quiet and the folks here are certainly the most helpful and kind. Shannon is most attentive to the tenants needs. I would certainly return next year.

Stay Away From This Place!!!! Internet doesn't work in rooms have to go into the hallway to get service. Cell phone also does not work all the time in the room. Guests always sit in the hallway to get on internet or make phone calls. Owner does not supply bed sheets/blankets/pillows/towels/ or even toilet paper. Place is generally dirty. Rarely see a cleaning person. Building is in a deteriorating condition and no view to look at. We spent three miserable months because we signed a lease. Trust me don't make the same mistake like us and STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!
