We ordered fuel, 2 different people called from same company at different times. We explained driveway was plowed and sanded. Driver refused to go up WHICH IS FINE, WE UNDERSTAND. What WAS NOT FINE was that my husband waited ALL DAY only to see around 2 pm the driver turning around and leaving, no phone call no communication at all. I called the driver at three, he was rude. Said he would not go up my driveway. I called the other man from the night before, he said yes he knew about it and they weren’t taking the chance. I gave him his chance to talk but when I wanted to say something HE PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON ME. That’s a professional? I HAVE LIVED HERE 29 YEARS, I DONT ORDER OIL JUST IN THE GOOD WEATHER. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY WINTER DELIVERIES HERE. Instead of hanging up on me maybe they could have sent a seasoned driver or even tell me they would try again next week since it is going to warm up. There was absolutely no trying to solve the problem, they did nothing but be rude. Don’t order oil unless you have a flat driveway!
