Worst nail salon in Naugatuck. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I went in for french SNS today and it came out terrible. Lines aren't straight AT ALL, & very bumpy. When speaking to the owner, he tried brushing me off by saying “we’re closed, we can’t help you” also mentioned “SNS is powder & they’re suppose to come out like that” I’ve done SNS plenty of times and not once have they came out bumpy! The owner does NOT care about his clients! He should’ve handled this situation with professionalism. I was very disgusted at the fact he treats his customers in this manner. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for the first time and was met with a warm welcome! The salon was very clean and everyone was professional. I got a basic manicure and it looks great. I will be back very soon!

Went to lilys about 3 weeks ago, such an amazing experience for my daughter and I. Absolutely recommend this shop!!! If your looking for a judgement free, professional, respectful atmosphere go to lilys you won't be disappointed
